Do you come to me, or do I drop my bicycle off?
We come to you. Certified technicians travel to your home, office, hotel or event across the UAE. There is no drop-off.

We service bicycles across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain.
How much does a service cost?
Packages start at AED 89 for a Wash & Lube and go up to AED 559 for a Full Overhaul. Single services start at AED 25. Prices are deposits; the final price depends on the bicycle and the parts.
How long does a service take?
A service takes from 45 minutes for a Wash & Lube up to about 4 hours for a Full Overhaul.
How do I book a service?
Book online on the services page or in the GOCYC app. Appointment slots run every two hours from 08:00 (Asia/Dubai). Website bookings are requests, and the team confirms availability.
What is included in a bicycle service?
It depends on the package. A Basic Service tunes the gears and brakes, checks the bolt torque, and includes a safety inspection and a test ride. Higher packages add bearing services, wheel alignment and a deeper clean.
Do you service bicycles in Dubai and Al Ain?
Yes. We service bicycles across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain. A technician comes to your location.
Can I choose the appointment time?
Yes. You choose a slot when you book. Appointment slots run every two hours from 08:00 (Asia/Dubai), and the team confirms it.
